Customer Responsibilities
Pick Up Information
Please be advised that you must call us to pick up the container, we do not automatically come to pick it up!
Items accepted at an extra charge:
Items including tires, televisions, mattresses, box-springs, microwaves, refrigerators, stoves, propane tanks, batteries, yard waste, air conditioners, hot water heaters, clothes dryers and washers, and dishwashers. If any of these items are put into a container you will incur an additional charge, for each item in addition to the cost of the dump load.

Items that are NOT accepted at our facility and cannot be put into the containers include:
- Hazardous waste
- Municipal solid waste / household garbage
- Toxic waste
- Radioactive materials
- Asbestos of any kind
- Creosote treated wood
- Fluorescent light bulbs
- Paint cans
- Lead
- Wood with lead paint
- Liquids
- Closed drums
- Painted Concrete or Brick
- Flammables / Explosives
- PCB’s
- Human waste
- Medical waste
Title to and liability for any item or waste excluded above shall remain with the renter.
Rental times for containers are as follows:

- All 20-30-40 yd. containers may be kept for 2 weeks.
- All 10-15 yd. containers may be kept for 1 week.
- After 14 days it will be $50 per week, pro-rated.
- There is no refund for any container kept less than 2 weeks.
Tonnage limits for containers are as follows:
- 10 yard containers 1.5 ton limit
- 15 yard containers 2 ton limit
- 20 yard containers 3 ton limit
- 30 yard containers 4 ton limit
- 40 yard containers 5 ton limit
- If can is overweight an $105.00 per ton over the tonnage limit will apply.
Equipment:
All containers are the property of NER. The renter assumes all responsibility for all loss or damage to the container, normal wear and tear excluded, while the container is in the care and custody of the renter.
Release:
NER assumes no responsibility for damage to a renters property when delivery is made inside curbing. Renter releases NER from liability for any damage to renter’s property, including but not limited to damage to a renter’s driveway, curb, lawn, well and septic system, unless it is caused by the intentional act of NER.
Warranties:
You the renter do agree and warrant to keep all hazardous, contaminated and/or unacceptable material out of the container. Leaving the container unattended does not exclude liability. It is the renters exclusive responsibility to assume that no hazardous, contaminated and/or unacceptable material is placed in the container. You further agree and warrant that you will indemnify and hold harmless NER for all costs, fees, fines, assessments, and or damages including but not limited to all costs of shutdown and loss of income, resulting from or arising out of such items or waste excluded above or violation of the warranty.
Payment:
The renter agrees and promises to pay NER for the rental of the container pursuant to the terms and conditions of the agreement and this website. If you fail to pay according to the terms of rental, you will also be responsible to pay all costs of collection, including attorney’s fees in the amount of 25% of the outstanding debt and interest on any delinquent balance at a rate of 1.5% per month commencing with the period of default. The renter warrants that is shall not move or alter the container and that renter shall only use the container for its intended purpose. Renter agrees to defend, indemnify and hold harmless NER from and against all claims, costs, fees, penalties, fines and damages including bodily injury or death arising out of renter’s possession or use of container. Leaving the container unattended does not exclude liability.

NER reserves the right to unilaterally modify or change these terms and conditions at any time. Therefore please review these terms and conditions for each rental.
